Tinker Lake collects limited contact information for waitlist and product updates. In v1, we do not request child personal information in the waitlist form.

What we collect

• Email address
• Role selection (parent, educator, other)
• Signup metadata: timestamp, source path, UTM fields

How we use it

• Send product updates and pilot invitations
• Understand acquisition sources and improve communication relevance
• Protect against abuse and spam

Email provider

We use MailerLite to manage waitlist subscriptions. We recommend double opt-in and honor unsubscribe requests.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the waitlist and communications.

Retention

During the research phase, signup records may be retained for product and research analysis.
